iiko and 1C synchronization: what gets filled in automatically

Suppliers, product items, invoices, and write-offs sync automatically; readings and signatures still require a person. How to configure the integration without enabling automatic shift closure.

Manual data entry is a major source of errors in logs. A chef copies an invoice, gets a number wrong, and an inspector spots a mismatch between the finished-product check and warehouse records. Integrating iiko and 1C removes most of this risk.

What syncs

  • Supplier directory—no need to add suppliers again.
  • Raw-material items, including units of measure and groups.
  • Goods receipts—each invoice appears in incoming inspection with one click.
  • Write-offs—finished-product rejection and disposal automatically create a posting in 1C.

What still requires a person

Actual measurements: temperature at receipt, sensory assessment, and the responsible person's signature. These are deliberately not filled in automatically—the point of the log is that a real person took the measurements.

Be careful with automatic closure

Do not enable automatic log closure if the team is not working consistently. An open shift is a better reminder than a shift closed with zeros.

Configuration

  1. In WeSetup, open Settings → Integrations and select iiko or 1C.
  2. Copy the API key from the external system's account.
  3. Set the initial synchronization period—usually 30 days.
  4. Check the product mapping: raw ingredients go to incoming inspection; finished products go to the finished-product log.

What it changes

Based on our measurements among customers using the integration, journal entry time decreases by an average of 35%. Chefs stop jotting down invoices on scraps of paper and transferring them at the end of a shift—the entry appears in the log as soon as goods are received.
