Sync with iiko and 1C

Manual copying from paper or electronic delivery notes is a major source of errors in quality-check and receiving logs. WeSetup connects directly to iiko or 1C and imports the same items, deliveries, and units of measure already in your accounting system.

What syncs

• Supplier directory, including tax IDs and contracts.
• Raw-material and finished-product items.
• Receipts: each delivery note appears in incoming inspection.
• Write-offs: quality-check results are sent automatically to the accounting system.
• Warehouse stock, linked to storage-temperature monitoring.

What still needs a person

Actual measurements: product temperature on receipt, sensory assessment, and the responsible employee's signature. These must not be filled in automatically; the point of the log is for a person to take the measurement.
