Everything in the cloud

WeSetup runs in the cloud: no local servers or backup setup, and no need to decide where to keep last year's records. Backups run automatically, and history remains available when you replace a computer or move your business.

Devices you can use

• Manager's computer: full reports, analytics, and settings.
• Kitchen tablet: large buttons and convenient entry, even with gloves.
• Employee phone: quick hygiene and temperature checks.
• Telegram bot: reminders and notifications without signing in to the system.

Security

HTTPS, individual logins, an activity log for each user, and storage under Russian jurisdiction. Even an owner cannot delete an entry retroactively; they can only mark it corrected and provide a reason.
