Role-based access

Different people in the kitchen and dining room have different responsibilities. WeSetup provides three access levels so employees see what they need while managers keep full oversight.

Three access levels

• Owner / Manager: sees all logs, locations, and dates; closes periods and edits templates.
• Head chef / Technologist: sees their department, manages quality checks, and assigns responsible staff.
• Cook / Waiter: sees only assigned logs and cannot change another person's entries.

Specific log access

With ACL, a manager can grant an employee access to a log outside their role. For example, a night-shift cook can access the UV-lamp log while other employees cannot.
