Fill in logs with QR codes

Place a sticker where readings are taken: on a refrigerator, by the changing-room thermometer, on a UV lamp, or on a fryer. Staff scan it with a phone, enter a PIN and a reading, and the entry goes straight into the SanPiN-formatted log.

Fill in the log beside the equipment, not from memory at the end of a shift. Scan the sticker with the phone's regular camera to open the right log page. No app installation or account sign-in is needed.

Where stickers go

  • Refrigerators and freezers each get their own sticker. The temperature is recorded in today's column of the temperature-control log.
  • In the changing room, by the thermometer: staff complete three fields in the hygiene log, and the check is also added to the health log.
  • Germicidal lamps have two buttons: “I turned it on” and “I turned it off.” Operating time and remaining lamp life are calculated automatically.
  • For fryers, the fat type, product, and quality assessment are entered as a row in the frying-oil log.
  • Warehouses and rooms: temperature and humidity.
  • A general log QR code is available for logs not tied to equipment.

How a check is recorded

  1. A staff member scans the sticker with the phone camera.
  2. They select themselves from the list; the phone can remember the selection.
  3. They enter their personal 4–6 digit PIN.
  4. They enter the reading and tap “Save.” The server records the time.

When something is wrong

  • If a temperature is outside the limit, the form asks what action was taken and notifies the log owner in Telegram.
  • If an employee does not complete the field for a temperature above 37 °C or symptoms, they are not cleared to work and the manager is notified immediately.
  • If today's log is incomplete, the manager gets reminders at 12:00, 17:00, and 21:00.
How to get started

Add equipment in settings, print the stickers on an A4 sheet, and put them in place. Where Wi-Fi sensors are installed, temperatures are written to the log automatically, without scanning.
