Automatic log filling

Routine values are filled in automatically, so staff confirm what happened instead of copying the same figures shift after shift.

Autofill is a configurable tool. WeSetup can fill in predictable values that do not depend on the exact moment, such as a shift, days-off schedule, or job title. It deliberately does not fill in readings that must be measured or observed.

What can be filled automatically

  • Days off, vacation, and sick-leave marks in the hygiene log.
  • An employee's job title when they are added to a shift.
  • Reference fields in a log header: date, shift number, and responsible person.
  • A “normal conditions” mark for temperature readings within the permitted range.

What is never filled automatically

  • Refrigerator and display-case temperatures.
  • Finished-product quality assessment.
  • Sensory assessment of incoming raw materials.
  • Whether an employee is cleared to work according to the health log.
Caution: automatic shift closing

WeSetup has no “close the shift with zeros” mode. An incomplete log stays open and appears in the manager's morning report. That is safer than falsifying records.
