What you get
An overview of clients: active clients, logs overdue today and medical record books expiring within the next 30 days. A profile for each client with notes only you can see.
A logo, accent colour, sign-in greeting, PDF signature and a “Your consultant” section in the workspace, emails and Telegram bot. The “Работает на платформе WeSetup” attribution remains.
wesetup.ru/p/<your-address> and a six-digit code: the client registers through the link or enters the code in settings and is immediately linked to you.
The client chooses “view only” or “edit” access and can change the level or disconnect you at any time. All your actions in their workspace appear in the audit log.
Ready-to-use Telegram and email messages, and email invitations with “sent / registered / declined” statuses.
Every accrual is linked to a client payment. Monthly totals, CSV export, payment details and agreement status are in one section.
Rewards
Current rules: version 1. Rules are versioned: each accrual retains the version used to calculate it, and a new version does not recalculate earlier accruals.

- Example: a 1 990 ₽ subscription → 398,00 ₽ to the partner for every payment.
- Equipment worth 17 750 ₽ → 2 662,50 ₽.
- A client refund reverses the same amount. Monthly accruals become “payable” on the 1st of the following month.
- The minimum payout is 1 000,00 ₽; a smaller amount carries over to the following month.
How to become a partner

Apply
Company name, tax ID, type, city, telephone, the number of establishments you support and your page address. Submit the application from your organisation settings in WeSetup.

Review
We review applications manually, usually within one or two working days. You will receive a reply by email and in Telegram.

Launch
Three steps in the workspace: logo and contacts, invitation link and payment details. Payments begin after the agreement is signed.
Partner agreement — main provisions
The full text is in the partner programme agreement. WeSetup marks the agreement as signed; until then, accruals accumulate but are not paid out.
- 1.A partner is a legal entity, individual entrepreneur or self-employed person who has passed verification. The partner is not a representative of WeSetup and does not enter into agreements on its behalf; the offer and client prices remain unchanged.
- 2.A client connects to a partner only through their own action: a link, code or invitation. An organisation can have no more than one partner at a time; the partner's own organisation cannot be their client.
- 3.The client chooses the access level for their workspace (“view only” or “edit”) and can change or revoke it at any time. The partner uses access only to support the client and does not transfer it to third parties.
- 4.Rewards accrue under the version of the rules effective at the time of payment (20% from subscriptions for the 12-month period, 15% from equipment and a bonus of 3 000,00 ₽ after payment number 2). A client refund reverses the accrual.
- 5.Monthly accruals become “payable” on the 1st of the following month. A payout is made when the amount is at least 1 000,00 ₽, using the payment details in the workspace, after the agreement is signed; a smaller amount carries over.
- 6.White-label branding covers the logo, colour, greeting, contacts and signature; the “Работает на платформе WeSetup” attribution is not removed. The partner warrants their rights to uploaded materials.
- 7.The partner is not an employee or officer of the referred client, does not participate in that client's procurement decision and does not pass rewards to the client's employees (anti-corruption clause, 273-ФЗ).
- 8.WeSetup may suspend the partnership following a breach of the terms or client complaints: branding is removed, workspace access is closed and accruals cease; the accumulated history is retained.
