Delete account

You can delete your WeSetup account here. The website and app use the same account.

What will happen

  • You will no longer be able to sign in on the website, in the app, or through Telegram.
  • Your phone number, email, Telegram link, PIN, and sign-in keys will be removed.
  • Journal entries you completed will remain with your company and keep your name, as required by SanPiN and HACCP.

If you own the company, your account is deleted with it. Company deletion takes effect after 30 days and can be cancelled before then.

Or email support@wesetup.ru. Include the phone number or email you use to sign in, and support can delete the account manually.
